Issue Tracking System
Licensed customers can view all reported issues and their status on the RuleArts Client Service Desk. The client service desk has a real time connection to the RuleArts bug-tracking system. You will see all issues that are reported by your organization, see comments from developers, the status and planning. Also you can add additional information about an issue or print an overview.
You need to have a valid user name and password to log-in. Contact support if you do not have a password or forgot your password.
