Issue Tracking System
Licensed customers can view all reported issues and their status by accessing their private client page. The private client page has a real time connection to the RuleArts bug-tracking system. You will see all issues that are reported by your organization, see comments from developers, the status and planning.
The private client page can only be viewed by people that use the log-in information associated with your account. To access your private client page click on your client page URL, then use your RuleArts login. Contact support if you have forgotten your client page URL.
