Customers that have a maintenance and support contract for RuleXpress will receive 24 hour support on the product. Our support desk consists of two teams located in the USA and the EU.

For licensed customers, there is an exclusive area on this website offering a training center with FAQ’s, how to media, and a User Forum to share best practices in the RuleXpress user group or contact support.
